An Island Lake State Park Family Session

A few months ago when I decided to move to southern Michigan for the summer I did an Instagram giveaway for a session in my new town! Brita was the winner, I was so excited to photograph her darling little family as they’d never had family photos taken before. It was a pleasure to serve them and make beautiful photos together! :)

Sweet Elle and baby Oliver were too cute for words! Elle wasn’t shy at all and listened to my directions so well. Oliver went right along with all the moving and being passed back and forth and even gave us some smiles!

Elle had her stuffed puppy with her and it couldn’t have been more of a happy accident! We snuck it away for most of the photos but I absolutely LOVE they she had it in some. Brita said she brings it everywhere so it was fitting!
