A Lakeside, Autumn Wedding in Copper Harbor Michigan

Kevin and Christina tied the knot on Saturday in Copper Harbor for their destination wedding! Christina has family connections to the tiny town and was excited to show her guests the beauty and charm of this Lake Superior town!

Much of the guests were bundled in winter gear to escape the autumn chill but if you saw the happy couple you would have never known how cold it was! They along with their bridal party beamed all day long and were overjoyed to be celebrating this long-awaited day!

Along with the touches and colors of autumn they infused the love story from the movie “UP” into their day! Christina gifted Kevin grape soda cuff links in the morning and their reception was complete with a balloon guest book and the handprint mailbox! If you have never watched the Disney movie you must, I melt every time!

They committed their lives to one another on the dock at the Harbor Haus and the view was spectacular!

Christina knew that adding time in the schedule to step away from the reception for a bit as husband and wife and do sunset portraits would be worth it and she was SO right! They had been looking forward to sunny fall images but we weren’t blessed with it’s presence all day until it peaked out JUST in time for a few portraits!
