A Lakeside, Escanaba Michigan Wedding

Jerry and Shannon said I DO this weekend!  It was such a joyful day with an entertaining crew!  Terrace Bay Hotel on Lake Michigan in the Southern UP was their destination of choice and it was the perfect place for a getaway for many family and friends who traveled from states away.  We were blessed with a rare 80 degree May day and the freshly opened green trees!  

I had the privilege of meeting them for their engagement session last spring along with Jerry’s daughter Evalee.  I noticed right away the sweet relationship both Shannon and Jerry had with Evalee and it was so touching to see how much they included her in the plans for the big day.  We had a dance party mid photos to celebrate that they were officially a family!  

The day was complete with a local winery stop, parking lot dance parties, the most intense bouquet toss, a lively round of polka, and tons of laughs!
