Backyard Family Session

Happy New Year friends!! I hope you are all adjusting back to normalcy after the Christmas season! I spent the day yesterday cleaning up from the festivities and taking down my Christmas tree. I have to say, as much as I love the holidays, having a needle free and simpler home feels amazing!!

Sharing a few photos from a session I did this summer when my sister’s family was in town. I have taken many portraits in my parents backyard but am just realizing now these were my last ones. This year my parents moved out of my childhood home into a smaller space for the two of them. My eldest sister’s children are now making new memories in that same backyard.

These make me smile. Missing you from miles away little ones! <3
