I met up with the girls at the Kaleva Cafe in Downtown Hancock. This place has special meaning to Emily as her grandparents first met there many years ago, they have since passed but what a unique way to remember them on her wedding day. Emily is a thoughtful person like that. Their day was filled with special and sentimental touches.

On to the church to finish up the last minute details and get ready for the big day!

Emily opted to have only her mom help her get into her dress and then to do a first look with her bridesmaids, I love love this idea and the reactions are priceless!

Then it was time for the REAL first look! ;)

Michael and Emily chose to write letters to each other and read them together, so sweet.

ICK!! As I was straightening out her dress for a photo I noticed a tick on the bottom, she calmly pulled it off like it was no big deal....so brave!! those things make me squirm!

Shortly before the wedding started someone looked around and said "where are the flower girls?" we looked and there they were walking down the isle before everyone else. I guess they thought they walk when the music starts! haha

This photo is one of my favorites, Michael proudly walking down the isle with his new wife and grinning at his friend Tyler who's wedding he stood in this winter. <3
